The Portuguese superstar could be the most expensive transfer in Bianconeri’s history
CRISTIANO RONALDO JUVENTUS REAL MADRID / Cristiano Ronaldo on the road to Turin. Real Madrid's superstar has accepted Juventus' proposal: the Portuguese has agreed to a four-year contract worth €30m per season. A transfer fee of €100m is expected to be enough to prize away CR7 from the Bernabeu. If the 'Blancos' will accept the offer of €100m, the forward is going to be the most expensive transfer in Juventus' history. Cristiano Ronaldo and Florentino Perez have been at odds since as far back as the 2017 Champions League final, with the gap reaching what could be a point of no return after 2018 final in Kiev. Juventus president Andrea Agnelli and Massimiliano Allegri met on Wednesday to discuss a potential deal of Cristiano Ronaldo.
“I'm very happy and excited because this has always been a club that I've liked since I was a little boy” Ronaldo said after Champions League quarter final first leg.
Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer could be funded by Chelsea. Argentinian forward Gonzalo Higuain and Italian defender Daniele Rugani are in fact on the Blues' list. Roman Abramovich's club is ready to offer €90m to Juventus for both Higuain and Rugani.
