On Friday morning, the Portuguese coach agreed to pay his tax debt
NEWS MOURINHO SPAIN / Recently, former Real Madrid Head Coach Josè Mourinho was accused of evading tax for the years 2010 to 2013. On Friday the Portuguese reached an agreement with the Spanish Tax authorities to solve the situation. Reportedly, the coach didn't pay taxes for €3.3 million during his period as Real Madrid coach.
When he arrived at courtroom No 4 in Pozuelo de Alarcon just outside of Madrid, Mourinho told reporters: “I am definitely tax compliant. I am not here to argue. I have paid my debt.”

The club moved Mourinho's weekly press conference 24 hours ahead, bringing it to Thursday while the Portuguese vice-coach Rui Faria and his staff will be training the 'Red Devils' during Mourinho's absence.
