Barcelona president confirms club will consider playing outside of Spain if Catalonia gains independence

This is the shocking scenario that has been presented by the President of the Blaugrana Bartomeu and confirmed by Gerard Figueras, the Catalan sports minister.
According to 'Sky Sport', Bartomeu has announced that this could be a serious possibility for his club.
“The club and its members will take a decision in case Catalonia gains Independence. – said the President to the journalist after a board meeting”.
This possibility has been confirmed by one of the key men of the sport in Spain, Gerard Figueras. The Catalan sports minister stated:
“Catalan teams such as Barcelona, Espanyol, and Girona will have the possibility to decide where they want to play in the future. they could even choose to play in Italy, France or the Premier League.”
