Real Madrid, Isco breaks the deadlock. Zidane praises him

The French coach says great words about his unstoppable midfielder

REAL MADRID ISCO ZIDANE / Real Madrid defeated Espanyol 2-0 at Bernabeu Stadium on Sunday collecting vital three points after having slipped on a banana peel in their previous home match against Betis Sevilla.

Although the match had not been easy for the 'Blancos', Isco's magic performance demolished the club from Barcelona. The midfielder and Sergio Ramos missed a couple of chances during the match but then the magnificent Isco broke the deadlock scoring the opener.

Espanyol reacted after the break getting close to the equalizer a few times but at the minute 71' Isco curled a shot from within the box to double the lead and virtually close the match.

Real Madrid's Zinedine Zidane praised Isco's talent in the post-match press conference.

“Isco has a lot of confidence now because he knows that he is an important player for us. Especially, I love the fact that he plays as you play in the street. If he makes mistakes, he goes on without getting frustrated. He is getting better and better. I hope he will go ahead on this path for a long time.”
