The British club will talk with his agent soon to renew De Bruyne’s contract before the summer
TRANSFER MARKET DE BRUYNE MANCHESTER CITY / Rumors are stating that the Belgian star Kevin De Bruyne will stay at Manchester City for a very long time. Reportedly, the offensive midfielder is ready to extend his commitment with the British side albeit “there's no rush to close a deal – as stated by the player.”
Pep Guardiola believes that De Bruyne is one of the best players he ever coached and for this reason the Spaniard is pushing his club to renew the contract of the Belgium International.
In a recent interview with 'Daily Telegraph', Kevin De Bruyne confirmed his excitement to be an important player for such a big club.
“Guardiola trusts me and I feel pretty confident with this club. I know that there are rumors around about my imminent contract extension but my agent and I didn't have conversations with the club at this time.
I still have a four-year contract in place so there's no rush to extend it. Nothing would change if I have a contract for four, five or six years at this time. However, it's nice the club have so much confidence in me.”
