Manchester United and Barcelona are chasing the player as well
TRANSFER MARKET INTER ROMA LUCAS LIMA / Santos FC's Lucas Lima is on the wish list of several Italian and European clubs. The 27-year old attacking midfielder could land in Italy soon due to Inter and Roma's interest in the player.
The left-footed offensive midfielder moved from Internacional to Santos FC in February 2014 but the current season seems to be his last one for the Brazilian legendary club.
Reportedly, Inter and Roma are desperately chasing the player. Lucas Lima's agent, Lucas Badia, told a Turkish publication (Haberturk) that several clubs are calling him to start negotiations for his client.
“Inter, Roma, and Barcelona are seriously interested in Lucas. However, Manchester United is following my client too. I believe that he could be a perfect player for the Italian Serie A but we have to see how things develop.”
Lucas Lima's contract is set to expire on December 31 and the player is ready for a new adventure in the European football. Recently, Santos FC refused two offers up to €20 million for the player.
