Barcelona, Messi pushes Alcacer out of the club

There is no more space for the former Valencia striker with the Blaugrana

TRANSFER MARKET BARCELONA / Paco Alcacer is an annoying case for Barcelona due to Messi and Valverde's fault. With the arrival of the new coach, the Argentine phenomenon plays as a central striker and the former Valencia's striker doesn't have many possibilities to play with the Blaugrana. Even Suarez is suffering this situation because the Uruguayan star is forced to play on the flank.

According to the Spanish outlet 'Don Balon', Messi said to Alcacer that if he wants to consistently play and convince the coach of the Spanish national team to call him up for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, he needs to find another team.

Several Premier League clubs are interested in him but even a few Serie A sides are monitoring the situation. One year ago, Barcelona signed Alcacer from Valencia paying a €30 million fee. However, the current price of the striker should be around €18m.

This could be a great opportunity for those Italian sides who need a striker with a killer instinct. Inter and Napoli could be interested in the Spanish player. Currently, Spalletti could replace Icardi only with Eder but even Napoli could sign him to further improve its atomic offensive line.
