The British club is in agreement with Estudiantes to sign the player

Today we report that the 'Spurs' found an agreement with Estudiantes for €10.5 million plus €1m bonus. Tottenham is finalizing an agreement with Foyth as well. The player will sign a 5-year contract shortly.
