The Nerazzurri enter the race for Independiente’s midfielder

However, Zenit St. Petersburg has reached an agreement with the footballer but it is struggling to set up appropriate methods of payment with his club, Independiente.
According to Calciomercato.it, Inter asked info about the 24-year old offensive midfielder although an official offer has not been presented yet. Napoli is monitoring the situation as well.
