The Argentine phenomenon seems to be ready to sign a new agreement with the Spanish side but until he does so he is a potential target for the world football powerhouses.
Josè Mourinho and Arsene Wenger will have to work hard to solve the contractual issues of their players. In the list that U.K. outlet 'Dailystar' recently released, several Manchester United and Arsenal players are mentioned such as Herrera, Blind, Fellaini, Ashley Young, Jack Wilshere, Luke Shaw, Alexis Sanches, Cazorla and Juan Mata.
The other club of Manchester (the 'Citizens') must solve Fernandinho's situation as well. The Brazilian midfielder needs a new contract to continue his adventure with Guardiola's team.
Another top name is Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swedish star just recovered from his knee injury. Mourinho played him in the last few minutes of the match that the 'Red Devils' won against Newcastle United at Old Trafford. Although Zlatan is 38 years old, his talent and leadership can still be useful for top European clubs, unless Mourinho decides to give him another chance in the 2018-19 campaign.
