Juventus, Petit unveils the new Iniesta for Barcelona

The Frenchman believes that PSG’s Rabiot is the right player for the Blaugrana

TRANSFER MARKET JUVENTUS INIESTA / Juventus is still hoping to sign Andreas Iniesta. Rumors were stating that the player and the club were still far away from sealing a new deal and an official statement has not been released yet. 

The Bianconeri need a new experienced midfielder and the Spain international is the right profile to boost Juventus' ambitions for the Champions League. 

A few days ago, Iniesta's father stated that his son will probably sign a new contract with the Spanish giant for 2-3 years. Barcelona's President Bartolomeu confirmed that the intention of the club is to renew the contract of the player. However, form the retreat of his national team, Iniesta unveiled that there's no agreement in place at this time. 

Andreas Iniesta's contract is set to expire in 2018. The former French player Emmanuel Petit was recently interviewed by 'Sport' and stated that PSG's Adrien Rabiot could be the perfect player for Barcelona.

“Rabiot resemble Iniesta. He is still a very young player with a great possibility to improve. He can become one of the best in the world in his role.”
